Hi everyone! It was another busy week around here, so I am super thankful for having this extra day off. I had a bunch of work-related stuff to do (of course, #teacherlife), but wanted to make sure I updated here as well! I’m just here to drop a quick #mealplanmonday for now, and will hopefully be posting something else later this evening or tomorrow! Without further ado, here’s the plan for this week! I bought 4 things from the store this morning, haha -I’m trying to focus on using what we already have in the pantry/fridge/freezer instead of spending a ton of money at the store.
Monday – salad and Lavash bread pizza (salad leftover from lunch with family yesterday, leftover Lavash bread, sauce, and mozz, bought a green pepper and a pack of pepperoni at the store)
Tuesday – hot dogs and fries (both in the freezer already – Omaha Steaks franks and Ore-Ida frozen fries, just had to buy the buns)
Wednesday – chicken leg quarters and frozen grain/veggie mix side (both in freezer already)
Thursday – steak and potatoes (both in freezer already from Omaha Steaks)
I’m going to have to re-stock my meats after this week, but I’m alright with that – I’ll be looking out for sale alerts from grocery stores and Omaha! I hope you all have a fantastic week! Catch you later!
