meal plan monday #3

Here’s my meal plan for this week! Again, mostly pretty quick meals – I will add links or quick directions where I can 🙂

Monday – chicken leg quarters (69 cents/pound last week at Harris Teeter – I just rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme and roast for 45 minutes at 375 with a little white wine) with frozen potatoes and green beans

Tuesday – steak with salad and Omaha Steaks twice baked potatoes or au gratin potato balls

WednesdayLavash flatbread pizza with salad

Thursdayspicy chicken bowls!

Friday – out or leftovers

As you can tell, I am all about the quick and easy during the school year! As the weather gets cooler, I plan on using my CrockPot and InstantPot more often – I’m feeling chili sometime soon! I hope you are all having a wonderful start of your week!
