meal plan monday #2

Happy (?) Monday, everyone! Here’s my second #mealplanmonday – condensed for now after being away for the weekend.

In no particular order (because I haven’t made it that far yet)…

  • pork chops and frozen Steamfresh Italian protein blend (that happened tonight)
  • chicken leg quarters (less than 70 cents per pound so heck yeah!) with frozen potatoes and green beans
  • steak and frozen au gratin potato balls or twice baked potatoes (gotta love Omaha Steaks sides)
  • brinner (breakfast for dinner – eggs, bacon, and avocado toast)
  • chicken tacos

Not the most exciting meal plan ever, but after being out of town and missing my usual meal planning and grocery shopping window, it works!
